I am a specialist in people management, leadership, community organisations, media, facilitation, and fundraising. I have a strong commitment to social and environmental justice and am ethically astute. Through this commitment I have gained a depth of experience in the Not-For-Profit Sector. I am naturally adept at developing strategy and leading team or organisational planning and will utilise these strengths to add significant value to any organisation. I have a BA in Psychology and Gender Studies and a Diploma for Graduates in Management from University of Otago, a Certificate in Professional Supervision from Weltec and Graduate Diploma in Not-for-Profit Management from Unitec. I live in Nelson with my partner Drew, our 9 year old Nova, 5 year old Anise and our dog Saffy. I love singing, climbing, skiing, swimming, mountain biking and sharing the outdoors with my family. I am available for work in the Nelson region as well as Skype/Phone supervision/coaching, remote work and can travel for some onsite work in other centres. I'd love to talk to you about how I can support you and your organisation. Contact me for a conversation. |
